About // Who we are

Construction-led oversight, from the experts who've built strata properties for decades.

Sentinel is led by licensed BC builders and construction professionals who design, plan, and deliver multi-family buildings from acquisition through key turnover. The same people who put these properties together are the ones inspecting them, documenting conditions, and protecting the asset between depreciation reports. We are not an emergency repair service. For everything else, our in-house construction team and trusted network of specialist trades, engineers, and consultants is on call when the building needs them.

Headquartered in British Columbia. In person across the Lower Mainland, including Greater Vancouver, and the Fraser Valley. Elsewhere in British Columbia we work remotely: document review, findings review with your council or owner by video, and coordination of a local trade or professional, with no Sentinel inspector on site.

Surprise is not.

Your asset is only as sound as the envelope that surrounds it. Start with a short virtual presentation. We walk through what Sentinel does, answer questions, and let you decide if it fits. No proposal, no commitment, no pressure.
